I was unable to edit it and hence I changed permissions to 777 for sources.list. I tried changing the the sources list in the /etc/apt/sources.list file. I get the error Unable to locate package. I am trying to install quantum-lbaas-agent. I have installed devstack for openstack on ubuntu system.
